"In life, there comes a moment when everything around us feels bleak. Then, the process of making marks with paint on paper, the feel of pressing wet clay, or underlining a few words from a poem reminds us that we exist, that beneath all the numbness, we are still here and can heal. That is the power of art therapy."
- Monica Kapur
Art therapy is not about making art, it is about making sense of what you carry
Through creativity, movement, somatic work and Neurographica, we reach what lives in the body and the nervous system
For adults, children and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships and beyond
